1. Shipping Zones and Delivery Times
We ship our Italian furniture and home décor products worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the nature of the product (standard items vs. made-to-order pieces).

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, local delivery conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide you with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €500 within Italy and the European Union.
Standard Shipping: For orders under €500, a flat shipping fee of €49 applies within Italy and the EU. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
White-Glove Delivery: For large furniture items, we offer a premium white-glove delivery service that includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal. This service is available in select areas and may incur additional charges, which will be quoted at the time of order.
3. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable duties and taxes before placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Made-to-order items require additional production time as specified in the product description. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.
5. Delivery and Inspection
Upon delivery, we strongly recommend that you inspect the packaging and the product carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the product, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographs of the damage.
If damage is discovered after delivery, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period may be more difficult to process with our shipping partners.
6. Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. The cost of return shipping and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
